Lausos Palace Hotel Şişli

The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful with everything and kind. The rooms were clean. i highly recommend and will be staying in the hotel everytime I visit Istanbul.

The staff is very friendly, specifically Ali and Murad, and Ali at reception. These guys are awesome, made me feel very welcome, and assisted me with everything. The hotel is very neat and clean. Breakfast has various options and is tastefully arranged.

The management of the hotel are very helpful and cooperative and they have a human sense ,especially Mr Mohamat, Ms mehtab and all team at the reception miss mana , Mr Mustafa and others I don't know their names , when we arrived they upgraded our room, second we decided to check out 5 days earlier than our booking because you had planned to travel to Trabzon ,thanks to them, they agreed to refund my money even my reservation was un refundable. Third I had faced a problem with the taxi driver one night to the hotel , he wanted to charge me 300 Turkish lira, they helped me and settled the problem to pay 150 Turkish lira. Fourth the room is clean and good cooling and good location about 15 minutes walk to Cevahir mall and Metro , near to restaurants , groceries, laundry , money changes and taxis, all the housekeeping and room services and coffee shop showing good hospitality. I really recommend this hotel.

Amazing customer service! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I can’t thank Kerim Bars, the receptionist, and the gentleman working in the breakfast area enough. They were all so friendly and did their best to make you feel at home.

pretty good hotel, at the location close to the subway/tram station. Can easily get to the historical place. Staff was nice and kind. Administrator spoke Russian, gave lots of advises regarding getting to the places and places you must visit
